Alison founded Good Breath to bring together her biggest inspirations – yoga, creativity and family. Her teaching is based on Vinyasa flows and is centred on positivity. She began practising yoga to bring stability and peace to her busy life and aims to do the same for students of any level.

She is a Yoga Alliance-accredited vinyasa yoga teacher with 200 hours of training from Yogahaven.

Alison lives in London Fields with her partner and children.
